Returns Policy

Purchasers will have the option to refund their programme or eBook purchase within 7 days of purchase if they are not 100% satisfied. Refunds must be requested in writing via email. Refunds will be issued back to the account from which it was purchased. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be deposited.

Cancellation Policy:

If the purchaser decides they do not want the product, then they must cancel the order prior to it being processed. This processing time usually last between 24 hours and 2 days. Once the order is processed, the purchaser cannot cancel the order. They must wait until the order is received, then request a refund via email for the product.
